We offer The NCFE Health and Social Care Levels 1/2 Certificates or Extended Diploma

Each level provide essential knowledge and practical skills to work in the Health and Social Care sector.

Throughout your study you’ll gain an understanding of the principles of the industry. You will cover key topics such as effective communication in care settings, health and safety practices, safeguarding and protecting individuals, and working in partnership with others in the sector. You will also gain insights into supporting individuals with specific care needs.

You will be prepared for a variety of roles within the sector, giving you the skills needed to support children, young people, vulnerable adults, and the elderly. Upon completion, you’ll be ready to go into employment or pursue further study to prepare you for social work, nursing and other professions allied to health and medical care.

NCFE Health and Social Care Level 3 Certificate helps you develop advanced skills and knowledge needed to work in the Health and Social Care sector.

This course will cover key areas such as understanding the role of a care worker, effective communication, health and safety, equality and diversity, person-centred care, safeguarding, and supporting mental health. The course also includes the study of human development, promoting health and wellbeing, and care planning.

You’ll gain practical experience in care settings, putting theory into practice. You will acquire the skills to support individuals and meet their care needs effectively. You could work in roles such as care assistant, support worker, or health care assistant. This course will prepare you for a career in Health and Social Care or for further study.
